Using WordyLab

WordyLab provides free word-game and word-study resources for personal, educational, editorial, and entertainment use. The site is intended to help you explore letters, patterns, clues, word lists, and puzzle strategies. It is not a substitute for official game rules, official puzzle pages, tournament dictionaries, publisher decisions, or professional advice.

You do not need to create an account to use the public tools. If WordyLab later adds accounts, paid features, APIs, contests, community features, or other materially different services, those features may have additional terms.

Acceptable use

You may use WordyLab only in a lawful and respectful way. You may not:

• Use WordyLab to violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right.
• Copy, scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download site content, word lists, or results.
• Use automated access to overload the site, bypass limits, or extract datasets.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or try to break site security or technical controls.
• Republish WordyLab content as your own or use it to build a competing service.
• Submit malware, spam, abusive messages, misleading reports, or unlawful content.
• Use WordyLab in a way that harms the site, visitors, rights holders, or service providers.

Tools, answers, and word data

WordyLab tools are designed to return helpful suggestions, filters, scores, hints, and related word-game information. Results may be incomplete, outdated, unavailable, or different from the official answer accepted by a particular game, app, publisher, club, or tournament.

Word scores, word lists, pattern matches, and solver results should be treated as study aids. For competitive play, official daily puzzles, paid games, school assignments, contests, or any situation where accuracy matters, check the relevant official source.

Daily puzzle pages are prepared for spoiler-safe help and may separate hints from answer reveals. If a daily entry is missing, delayed, corrected, or marked as unverified, do not treat it as an official answer page.

WordyLab content and ownership

WordyLab owns or has rights to the WordyLab name, site design, original text, organization, page layouts, tool interfaces, and other original materials created for the site. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may read, link to, and use WordyLab pages for normal personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, syndicate, mirror, frame, or redistribute substantial parts of WordyLab content without permission, except where the law allows.

Third-party rights and trademarks

Third-party game names, trademarks, copyrighted materials, publisher names, dictionaries, apps, and services belong to their respective owners. WordyLab is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or officially connected to those owners unless a page clearly says otherwise.

WordyLab may mention third-party names to describe the puzzle context, search intent, word list, guide, or tool being discussed. Those references are descriptive. They do not give WordyLab ownership of third-party marks or materials, and they do not make WordyLab an official source for those games or publishers.

User messages and corrections

If you send WordyLab an email, correction report, accessibility report, suggestion, or other message, you are responsible for what you submit. Do not send information that is unlawful, confidential, highly sensitive, or that you do not have permission to share.

You keep any rights you have in your message, but you give WordyLab permission to use, review, store, quote, summarize, and act on the message as needed to respond, improve the site, correct errors, protect the service, or document the issue. WordyLab is not required to publish, respond to, or compensate suggestions, corrections, or feedback.

External links

WordyLab may link to external websites, game publishers, dictionaries, stores, resources, affiliates, social platforms, and other third-party services. External links are provided for convenience and context. WordyLab does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, policies, pricing, availability, products, or practices.

Advertising, affiliates, and sponsored content

WordyLab does not currently run display advertising or active affiliate tracking. If ads, affiliate links, sponsored placements, or similar monetization features are enabled later, WordyLab will update the relevant policies and label those placements where appropriate.

Availability and site changes

WordyLab may add, change, pause, remove, redirect, or limit tools, pages, word lists, guides, routes, features, or policies at any time. The site may also be interrupted, delayed, or unavailable because of maintenance, errors, security issues, traffic, provider problems, or other reasons.

Disclaimer of warranties

WordyLab is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WordyLab makes no warranties about the site's accuracy, completeness, availability, reliability, security, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WordyLab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, puzzle mistakes, game outcomes, service interruptions, or reliance on site content.

Some places do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limits. In those places, the limits in these terms apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to these terms

WordyLab may update these Terms of Service as the site, features, policies, or legal requirements change. When the terms are updated, the date at the top of this page will be changed. Continued use of WordyLab after an update means you accept the updated terms.
